The Voice urged me on as I increased my speed, searching for the white rabbit.
"Rabbit, oh rabbit, where could you possibly be?" I called into the darkness. Searching and searching, the forest became darker and more dangerous with every step I took. I flopped onto the ground and wondered if I would ever find my way out.
"No!" the Voice hissed. "Continue on, dear girl.." it said.
I stood up wearily. What other options did I have? The Voice had always gave orders that rang in my head like the loudest bells. Just when my hope was gone, I heard a faint rustling in the trees. A streak of white flashed before my eyes. I sprinted towards it just fast enough to glimpse it hop down a very peculiar- looking hole. I sighed.
"How silly, it was merely a rabbit hole," I giggled.
"Ah, but you must look into it, for Wonderland waits beneath you."
Then, pairs and pairs of bloody, rotting arms held together by stitches of black thread shot out of the rabbit hole. They grabbed onto my arms, hair, even my face. I could smell the pungent scent of death wafting from them as I fell down into the hole, dirtying what was left of the clothing I had torn horribly while searching in the forest. I hadn't let out so much as a gasp before I was falling downward rapidly, my precious locket practically zooming over my head. The Voice then recited words strung together quite eerily.
"In some place there was a Dream."
"Who dreamt it, unknown. Such a truly little dream it was."
" The little dream thought, 'I don't want to vanish like this, how can I make people see me?' The little dream thought and thought, and finally came with an idea."
"I could let people stray into me, and create their own world."
The falling stopped as if time itself had stopped. A beautiful mahogany wardrobe floated in front of me, gleaming like gold.
"Well why don't you open it?" the Voice suggested in a sickly sweet tone.
I floated up to it and ran my fingers over the brass handles. It sprang open, playing horrific carousel tunes and revealing a disgusting beast. It's skin was covered in oozing, red bumps and century-old dust. It had a powdered wig placed awkwardly on it's deformed head with strips of rotting flesh and dried speckles of blood here and there.
"Oh, a little visitor I see," it rasped. "Good thing, too. Your outfit is positively atrocious!" I flinched tremendously as it clawed my blouse off of my body, exposing my bare chest. It then used some sort of magical spell to put my into a little blue dress.
It began to sing a particularly disturbing lullaby to the carousel music as my eyelids became ten-ton weights.
"The first Alice bravely entered Wonderland, sword in hand. Cutting down countless creatures, she left a bright red path in her wake. That Alice is in the forest. Looking away like a criminal. Aside from the path she made in the forest, there is no sign that she existed."
The wardrobe began to melt, causing the beast to cackle loudly and melt into the dark along with the wardrobe. And I began to fall again.

I was at lake near my home. Before my sister abused me. Before my house burned down. Before I murdered my parents. Before the Voice.
"Come on, Ally, jump in!" my sister called from the water. My eyes watered when she said that. I couldn't remember the last time she had spoken to me in such a kind manner. I nodded happily and sat in the warm, shallow water. I let tears of happiness fall when I saw my parents smiling warmly back at me. That happiness did not last long. A wretched ringing sound filled my ears, and the water turned a ruby red. My parents and sister stared blankly back at me, their faces horrific and distorted. A strange force slowly pulled my into the lake of blood by the leg. My screams were muffled by the ruby liquid filling my nose and mouth.

I woke with a jolt. I was laid down on a bed of leaves, damp with blood. And a girl looking over me with a curious expression. I laid staring and paralyzed. The girl had stringy black hair and bi-colored eyes. One green, one completely blank. Her curious expression changed to a wild one. She emitted a low hiss and bared long, sharp fangs.
"I'm sure your body will look very nice on the Queen of Heart's wall along with the other one, Alice."
I have finally completed a sloppy excuse of a first chapter~ I started it awhile ago and wanted to get it over with. So sorry if it seems rushed or whatever! ^^; And yes, I did reference to Alice Human Sacrifice---> [link] Don't be hating if my spelling or whatever is bad, please ; w ; I have a prologue for this story, you should probably read it if you haven't already.
